Job Description

As a Banking Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in driving the success of retail and corporate banking sales. You will work towards enhancing customer satisfaction and growing the bank’s customer base through effective sales strategies. By leveraging your expertise in the banking sector, you will identify new sales opportunities while maintaining long-term client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for banking products and services.
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with both retail and corporate clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the banking institution.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Create comprehensive sales reports and market analysis for management review.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve sales strategies and market reach.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to offer tailored banking solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and present effective sales presentations to diverse client groups.
  • Stay updated with the latest banking products and market trends to better serve clients.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies during sales processes.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to banking products promptly.
  • Organize and participate in promotional activities and events to boost sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • At least three years of experience in sales within the banking industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and financial services offerings.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, necessary.
  • High customer service orientation and ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze market data and trends insightfully.
