Job Description

As a Banking Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our bank by actively promoting and selling a wide array of banking products and services to prospective and existing clients. You will be in charge of understanding customer financial goals, advising on suitable banking solutions, and fostering strong, long-term relationships that elevate satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities

  • Prepare regular sales reports summarizing activities and projecting future targets.
  • Participate in networking activities and attending finance-related events to build connections.
  • Negotiate terms and closing sales that meet client objectives and bank standards.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets established by management.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams regarding client queries and market needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend solutions effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve sales goals.
  • In-depth understanding of banking products, services, and regulations is essential.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client relationships.
