Job Summary

The Banking Executive will be responsible for managing client banking requirements, coordinating with banking partners, and ensuring a seamless corporate bank account opening experience for new and existing business setup clients.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 1–2 years of experience in banking sales, relationship management, banking operations, or bank DSA channels who are passionate about delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with corporate bank account opening requirements and procedures.
  
• Coordinate with local and international banking partners to facilitate account opening processes.
  
• Advise clients on banking documentation, KYC requirements, and compliance procedures.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and relationship managers.
  
• Track account opening applications and provide timely updates to clients.
  
• Stay informed about banking regulations, policies, and market trends.
  
• Work closely with the sales and business setup teams to provide effective banking solutions.
  
• Ensure accurate collection and submission of client documentation.
  
• Address client queries and resolve banking-related concerns efficiently.
  
• Maintain CRM records and prepare regular status reports.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
  
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in banking sales, relationship management, banking operations, or bank DSA channels.
  
• Knowledge of corporate banking products and account opening procedures.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple client cases in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
