Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelors in Engineering; Prefer Masters in Business Administration

Experience: Minimum 15 years in Sales and marketing in Building & Infrastructure (B&I) domain; Construction sector; Third-party services; Business development


Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development

  • Drive growth in B&I sector
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis
  • Develop client penetration strategies
  • Create competitive intelligence reports
  • Identify and pursue high-potential opportunities


Sales Leadership

  • Manage and develop B&I sales team
  • Set and achieve quarterly growth targets
  • Maintain the target of proposal conversion rate
  • Grow and manage sales pipeline
  • Performance gap identification and development planning


Client Relationship Management

  • Develop strategic relationships with Senior executives; Key decision-makers; Project management consultants
  • Conduct regular strategic client meetings
  • Negotiate complex service agreements
  • Create long-term partnership frameworks


Technical-Commercial Proposal Management

  • Support proposal team in developing:
  • Comprehensive client requirement understanding
  • Bureau Veritas unique value proposition
  • Detailed cost-benefit analysis
  • Regulatory compliance demonstration
  • Design customized service packages
