Job Title: Backend Developer

Job Location: Dubai

Job Description:

• 3+ years of experience working in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred:
• Experienced in development Web based, Client-Server Applications, service components utilizing
• .NET Framework (C#); ASP.Net, .NET core, etc.
• Experienced in web programming technologies; JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Experienced in development using ArcPy and Python.
• Experienced in web services implementation, SOAP & REST
• Experienced in ArcGIS Javascript API and ArcGIS Platform
• Experienced with at least 3 projects in GIS Programming consisting of any of the following
• ArcGIS Pro using ArcGIS Pro.NET, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Runtime
• Experienced in enterprise databases in Oracle, SQL Server etc.
• Experienced in working with enterprise geodatabases,
• Experienced working with ArcSDE in a versioned environment.
• Experienced ability and skills required to use SQL and other data extraction tools and technologies to extract data.
• Prior experience with Google Maps API, Here Maps API
• Object-Oriented Design concepts and Object-Oriented Design patterns.
• Prior experience in analysis of requirements, preparing system design.
• Web servers such as IIS and Apache.
• Experience in City Planning & Land Management domains is preferred.
• Relational Database Design concepts such as normalization and entity-relationship diagramming.
• Experience of working with Microsoft TFS or DevOPS is required.
• Experience in implementing ISO 27001 controls is required
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Ability to work closely with the team to build quality software in a constantly evolving environment
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
