Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic B2B Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing Travel & Mobility division. Our ideal candidate is someone with a robust sales track record who thrives in an agile and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for driving our sales efforts, managing key client relationships, and spearheading new business development activities. With your strategic insights and profound understanding of the travel and mobility sectors, you will craft and implement sales strategies that align with our corporate goals. This role requires someone who is enthusiastic, results-driven, and possesses strong negotiation skills to drive revenue growth and enhance our market presence. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the travel and mobility sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B partners and stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales team effectively.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance the customer proposition.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports for management review and decision-making.
  • Participate actively in trade shows, conferences, and industry networking events.
  • Ensure CRM systems are updated with accurate and timely client information.
  • Align sales strategies with the overall business objectives to maximize revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • At least five years of proven experience in B2B sales management.
  • Strong understanding of the travel and mobility sectors is essential.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales performance tools is necessary.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
