Job Description

As a B2B Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by acquiring new business clients and nurturing existing relationships. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and closing deals that contribute directly to the company's revenue objectives. This position requires a dynamic and motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, particularly in business-to-business environments. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to swiftly adapt to changing market demands. You will work closely with the sales team and utilize your networking skills to expand the company's client base, while also collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential business clients within assigned industries or regions.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers and ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with clients to address questions and provide solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Participate in industry-related events, networking opportunities, and meetings.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales roles, with a successful track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a strategic and consultative approach to selling.
  • Ability to understand complex business environments and propose tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to maintain records and track sales activities.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and conferences when necessary.
