Marketing Manager, Field Marketing - B2B

Role

As Marketing Manager, Field Marketing at Sokin, you will own the execution of our field marketing programme supporting the Direct Sales business across the UAE.

Working closely with the Regional Marketing Lead, Business Development, and our central Marketing teams, you will be responsible for turning commercial priorities into high impact marketing activity that builds awareness, engages target accounts, generates demand, and contributes to qualified pipeline.

This is a strategic and hands on role, combining ownership of the field marketing approach with direct execution across integrated B2B campaigns, account-based marketing, events and activations, sales enablement, and strategic market initiatives. You will shape plans and priorities, while also taking ownership from planning through execution and measurement, managing agencies, vendors, budgets, and multiple internal stakeholders along the way.

You will also play an important role in building the field marketing playbook for the UAE, developing programmes, insights, and best practices that can be scaled across other priority markets in the MEA region, including Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the UAE field marketing programme, driving awareness, engagement, demand, and qualified pipeline for the Direct Sales business.
• Plan and deliver integrated B2B and account-based marketing campaigns across priority industries and target accounts, from initial brief through execution, optimisation, and reporting.
• Own the events and activation programme, including Sokin hosted events, roundtables, networking opportunities, industry events, and other relevant market activations.
• Partner closely with Business Development on account targeting, campaign activation, sales enablement, event follow up, and pipeline progression.
• Identify and activate relevant opportunities across industry bodies, business communities, free zones, and other strategic platforms.
• Collaborate closely with central Marketing teams across brand, content, digital, and communications to deliver locally relevant activity aligned with global strategy and standards.
• Manage agencies, vendors, budgets, timelines, and external partners to ensure high quality and effective delivery.
• Measure marketing performance and pipeline contribution, using insights and market feedback to continuously improve activity and build a scalable field marketing playbook for the UAE and wider MEA region.
  
  

Requirements

• 5 or more years of B2B marketing experience, with strong hands-on experience across field marketing, campaign management, events, and account-based marketing.
• UAE or wider GCC market experience is essential, with a strong understanding of the local business environment and regional market dynamics.
• Experience within fintech, payments, financial services, or a related technology environment is strongly preferred, although candidates from other relevant B2B technology sectors will also be considered.
• Proven experience delivering B2B campaigns, events, and activations that support demand generation and pipeline development.
• Strong experience partnering with Business Development, including account targeting, sales enablement, and pipeline focused marketing activity.
• Entrepreneurial and commercially minded, combining strategic thinking with a strong bias for hands on execution.
• Experience operating in a fast paced, high growth environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Business Development, Marketing, senior stakeholders, agencies, and external partners.
