The B2B Account Executive – International Ventures 30J25 is a dynamic role focused on driving growth through strategic relationships and expanding market reach on a global scale. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key international clients, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing strategies that lead to increased revenue. As an integral part of the sales team, you will work closely with marketing, product development, and client services to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business objectives. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of international business landscapes, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate cross-cultural environments effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in international accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead market penetration strategies globally.
  • Prepare and present complex sales proposals and negotiate terms with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that meet client needs.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals successfully.
  • Conduct regular client follow-ups to ensure consistent satisfaction and service.
  • Develop long-term strategic plans to increase revenue and market share.
  • Report on sales activities, progress, and achievements to senior management.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as set by management.
  • Participate in international trade shows and networking events to increase brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and corporate policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of successful international sales and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Strong understanding of international business environments and cross-cultural interactions.
  • Ability to travel internationally, with a valid passport, as needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales technologies is preferred.
