Participate in internal and external audits, provide evidence of compliance and support corrective action implementation where required.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement

Familiarity with airworthiness legislation, maintenance data (MRB/AMP), service bulletins and airworthiness directives relevant to rotorcraft avionics.
Good understanding of wiring, connectors, soldering techniques and basic electrical principles applicable to avionics installations.
Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet operational demands.
Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to liaise with flight crews, engineering and suppliers.
Qualifications
B2 Aircraft Maintenance Licence with Airbus helicopter avionics type rating (essential).
Relevant technical qualifications in avionics or aircraft maintenance (NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC/HND or equivalent) are desirable.
Additional manufacturer or supplier training (e.g. specific avionics vendors) will be advantageous.
