- Define and implement the bank-wide integration strategy, patterns, and best practices.

- Drive adoption of microservices and API-first development across business lines.

- Establish frameworks for technology choices, design patterns, scalability, and security in integration services with resilience at the top most priority.

- Lead, mentor, and upskill teams in Agile engineering practices, design-driven development, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and solution architects to validate integration requirements, designs, and timelines.Champion best practices in Agile, DevOps, and engineering quality across teams.

- Act as the integration SPOC in Enterprise Architecture forums (e.g., EADA), presenting designs, risks, and mitigations.

- Provide transparency through dashboards, metrics, and reporting to senior management and IT SteerCo.
