Assistant Vice President, Business Development Manager – Company Listing & Penetration

To identify, research, and list potential companies that can be targeted for personal loan offerings. The Incumbent will play a key role in building a qualified pipeline of corporate prospects to support loan penetration initiatives & also to maintain strong relationships with existing clients of the bank.

  • Increase the empanelment of approved companies by agreed percentage points
  • Monetization of Unapproved companies acquired through digital route. List as approved through assessment, due diligence and follow-ups.
  • Targeted upgrade of High-end CAT D companies to approved list classification (CAT A/B)
  • Penetration target on listed companies: Minimum agreed sales within 90 days of listing
  • Team Listing targets: Minimum agreed listing from each manager per quarter
  • Relationship-manage a portfolio of approved companies by developing key contacts and relationships which will carry company on-boarding targets.
  • Identify and maintain a database of target companies suitable for personal loan offerings.
  • Share qualified company leads with sales teams for loan promotion and onboarding.
  • Meet defined timelines for company sourcing & on-boarding.
  • Work closely with Corporate and SME Banking units to empanel them for Retail cross-sell
  • Conducting targeted micro marketing activities that include Kiosk activities – will carry specific targets on # of kiosks activities held, Open doors for team.
  • Generate monthly reports on newly identified companies and progress.
  • Ensure strict compliance with the Bank’s policy with regards to product, customer KYC, FATCA, AML CTF and third-party channel interactions.
  • Record all company listing activities in Daily Reports and update for leads and contacts.
  • Ensure data accuracy, including company size, location, industry, and key HR/finance contacts.
  • Regularly update and validate company information to ensure that supports effective & targeted sales outreach
  • Ensure the highest ethics, standards and integrity are followed and immediately escalate any suspected or actual breaches to Senior Management, Governance, as may be required.
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Should have complete product & policy information to ensure necessary documents are provided by the companies for listing before submission to ensure smooth TAT
  • Understanding of financial products, especially personal loans and their eligibility criteria
  • Profile that requires confidence, persistence and good verbal/written Skills
  • Knowledge of products, service policies and processes of Retail Banking
  • Graduate any discipline with 4 years+ retail banking experience
