Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Avaloq Developer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on the Avaloq platform, ensuring seamless support for front-to-back office processes in wealth and asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize solutions on the Avaloq Banking Suite to support Wealth & Asset Management operations.
• Configure Avaloq modules (portfolio management, trading, settlement, corporate actions, reporting).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Integrate Avaloq with external systems (trading platforms, risk systems, compliance tools).
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
• Implement Avaloq parameterization, scripting, and customization for business workflows.
• Participate in upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.
  
  

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Avaloq development and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Avaloq parameterization, scripting (APL), and customization techniques.
• Experience in Wealth & Asset Management domain (portfolio management, fund accounting, compliance, settlements).
• Familiarity with financial instruments: equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, structured products.
• Expertise in SQL/Oracle databases and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of integration protocols (FIX, SWIFT, APIs).
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, reconciliation, and compliance reporting.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments and scripting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
