Job Description

The role of an Automobile Sales Executive demands a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who has a passion for cars and the ability to connect with customers to drive sales. You will be responsible for guiding potential buyers through the purchasing journey, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in understanding the features and advantages of various automobile models.
  • Maintain and develop a thorough knowledge of current automobile inventory and promotions.
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients to determine their automotive needs and desires.
  • Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from start to finish.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to meet dealership goals.
  • Negotiate finance and lease terms to provide the best possible deals for customers.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork and documentation for the sale of vehicles.
  • Follow-up with prospects through phone calls, emails and showroom visits.
  • Participate in dealership meetings, training, and events to improve skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customers receive optimal post-sale service.
  • Help in organizing and managing promotional activities and events designed to increase sales.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales field.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage and assist customers.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of different automotive models and industry trends.
  • Ability to understand and meet sales quotas and dealership targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and financial acumen for discussing terms.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build relationships.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for test drives.
