Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test scripts based on software requirements and specifications.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Execute and analyze test results to ensure high-solution accuracy and performance reliability.
• Identify, track, and resolve defects and inconsistencies in software applications.
• Prepare detailed documentation of test cases, automation efforts, and testing results.
• Continuously review and improve automated test processes and methodologies.
• Participate in risk analysis to identify potential issues in the testing phase.
• Remain up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging automation testing technologies.
• Train and mentor junior team members in test automation techniques and tools.
• Engage in code review and provide feedback to ensure quality and consistency.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient test planning and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in software automation testing, specifically using Selenium.
• Proficient understanding of automation frameworks and script development techniques.
• Strong experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Knowledge of test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar alternatives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in both technical and non-technical environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins or CircleCI is a plus.
