Job Description

As an Automation/ELV Sales Manager, you will be an integral part of our sales team, playing a pivotal role in driving sales of automation and extra-low voltage (ELV) systems and solutions. You will leverage your expertise in these specialized fields to develop and implement sales strategies that maximize revenue growth and market penetration. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and closing sales deals to meet ambitious sales targets. You will also collaborate with technical teams to ensure the solutions meet client specifications and expectations, providing an excellent end-to-end customer experience. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to navigate the complexities of these technologically advanced systems.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in automation and ELV sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and meet sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote company offerings.
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and trends in the automation and ELV landscape.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance the overall effectiveness of the sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven sales experience in the automation or ELV industry is essential.
  • Strong technical knowledge of automation and ELV systems and solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to perform market analysis.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
