We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Audiologist to join our team. As an Audiologist, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of individuals with hearing and balance issues. Your role will involve providing comprehensive audiological services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting hearing evaluations and assessments using the latest technology and equipment
Diagnosing and treating auditory and balance disorders
Creating customized treatment plans for patients, including recommending and fitting hearing aids
Providing follow-up care and support to ensure the effectiveness of treatment plans
Collaborating with physicians, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop holistic treatment plans for patients
Staying up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in audiology to provide the best possible care for patients
Educating patients and their families on hearing and balance disorders and the importance of preventive measures
Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology
Current and valid state audiology license
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
Proficient in using audiology equipment and technology
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in an easy-to-understand manner
Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Availability to work flexible hours, as needed
Passion for helping individuals with hearing and balance issues
