The Audio Visual Sales Executive is a key player in the sales strategy of our technologically advanced solutions and services. As a pivotal member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and closing sales opportunities within the Audio Visual (AV) sector. You will leverage your deep understanding of AV technologies and market dynamics to consult with potential clients, develop tailored proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a drive for achieving sales goals. Working closely with our technical, marketing, and support teams, you will ensure our products and services exceed client expectations and drive our market growth. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the audio visual industry sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized AV solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide clients with information on new and existing products and services.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored AV solutions to meet those needs.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of AV industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with potential clients and maintain updated CRM records.
  • Work with the marketing team to strategize and execute promotions.
  • Produce regular sales activity reports and present them to management.
  • Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote the company’s offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in audio visual sales or equivalent industry experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AV technology, systems, and services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to track sales activities and client interactions.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, industry events, and training as required.
