Job Description

As an Audio Visual (AV) Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement, working to understand and meet the AV needs of our clients. Your role involves driving sales and expanding our market presence by delivering customized AV solutions that enhance customer experiences and business operations. You will leverage your deep understanding of audio visual technologies and trends to present compelling sales pitches, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Your enthusiasm for AV solutions and your ability to tailor offerings to client requirements will be key in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure seamless solution implementation.


Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities within the audio visual industry to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure ongoing business.
  • Present tailored audio visual solutions that meet specific client requirements and expectations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement effective AV systems and services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution of sales processes.
  • Provide clients with in-depth product demonstrations and technical explanations of AV solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to keep strategies relevant and competitive.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients to secure profitable sales agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract negotiations.
  • Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote the company's AV solutions.
  • Feedback customer insights into product development and service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, audio visual technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in audio visual sales or a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of audio visual technologies and industry standards and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and convincing manner.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools for tracking purposes.
