As an Audio Visual Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales performance of our cutting-edge AV solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and delivering tailored presentations that showcase our product offerings. Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new sales leads and potential business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within CRM systems.

  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on client demands and experiences.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff on best practices and product knowledge.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in audio-visual sales or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
  • Strong understanding of AV systems, solutions, and current technology trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and leads simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on sales metrics and performance improvement.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related IT tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and conferences as required.
