We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Audio Visual (AV) Sales Executive to join our team. As an AV Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving our sales strategies and fostering client relationships. You will play a key role in identifying prospective clients, developing new business opportunities, and maximizing our market presence in the audio visual industry. Your deep understanding of audiovisual systems and solutions, coupled with your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, will be essential in helping our company meet and surpass sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the AV solutions market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and strategic business objectives annually.
  • Provide clients with product demonstrations and detailed proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand awareness.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of AV product lines and service offerings.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management review.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuously update knowledge on new AV technologies and industry advancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of proven sales experience in the AV industry.
  • Strong understanding of audio visual products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Sales Management tools is required.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as needed.
