Job Description

The Audio Visual Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving business success within the dynamic audio-visual (AV) industry. This position focuses on establishing and nurturing relationships with clients to effectively sell AV solutions and services. The Sales Executive must possess strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the AV products and technologies to tailor solutions that meet client needs. This role requires a blend of sales prowess, technical knowledge, and a passion for staying updated with industry trends. Working closely with the sales team and technical staff, the Sales Executive will work towards achieving ambitious sales targets and expanding the business reach within the designated territory.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new sales opportunities in the audio-visual sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to demonstrate AV solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design customized AV solutions for clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to close deals.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote products.
  • Stay updated with new AV technologies and product innovations to educate clients.
  • Support marketing initiatives and campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in audio-visual or technology sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets consistently.
  • Strong understanding of AV products, technologies, and market trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools effectively.
