Audio Project Lead

Role Overview

We are hiring an Audio Project Lead in the UAE to coordinate structured group voice recording sessions in Arabic (UAE | ar-AE), with additional coverage for Modern Standard Arabic (ar-001) as needed. This role is execution-focused: sourcing adult participants, scheduling, readiness, and accurate tracking.

Key Responsibilities

·        Recruit and onboard adult participants in the UAE for sessions; support ar-001 coverage as needed.

·        Manage session schedules, confirmations/reminders, and rescheduling when required.

·        Ensure participants are recording-ready (quiet environment, stable internet, clear audio setup).

·        Maintain accurate participation/completion records in a tracker, including follow-ups and issue notes.

·        Coordinate basic quality screening and arrange reschedules/rework when needed.

·        Provide weekly status reporting and support payment readiness through verified completions.

Requirements

·        Fluent Arabic with strong comfort in UAE dialect/context (ar-AE) and ability to support MSA (ar-001).

·        Highly organized; comfortable with structured workflows and trackers.

·        Strong written communication and participant management skills.

Nice to Have

·        Experience coordinating multi-region participant programs or vendor networks.

·        Exposure to remote session operations or online recording tools.
