Attorney Lawyer

We are looking for a skilled Corporate Attorney to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide legal expertise to a dynamic client base ranging from emerging startups to established organizations, with a strong emphasis on technology-focused businesses. This position offers an exciting opportunity to navigate diverse corporate and transactional matters.

Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and general legal matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to business operations.
• Provide strategic guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional matters.
• Assist startups and emerging businesses with formation, funding, and growth strategies.
• Conduct legal research to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate documentation for corporate deals.
• Offer tailored solutions to technology-driven businesses facing unique legal challenges.
• Represent clients in negotiations and act as their trusted legal advisor.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active bar membership in Massachusetts.
• Proven experience in corporate and transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles pertaining to technology-driven businesses.
• Exceptional negotiation and contract drafting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in conducting legal research and analysis.
• Familiarity with advising startups and emerging companies.
