Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Attendant – Offsite Warehouse to join the resort’s Warehouse team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials
• Record all inventory movements using BirchStreet system
• Prepare items for dispatch based on requisitions to the main resort site and other locations
• Assist in cycle counts and stock audits
• Flag discrepancies and support reconciliation
• Monitor and capture Chiller & Freezer Temperature
• Carryout periodic Expiry Date Checking
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse zones
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and report any malfunctions
• Ensure dispatch readiness as per requirements and handover to checkpoint
• Assist in loading/unloading and staging of goods for transport
• Communicate effectively with Inventory control teams for timely delivery
• Adhere to Wynn Al Marjan Island’s safety protocols and UAE regulations
• Use PPE and follow hygiene standards
• Report hazards and participation in safety drills
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in accordance with UAE regulations and Wynn policies
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 1–2 years in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in hospitality or fast-moving high-volume business
• High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Forklift License, Vocational training in logistics or warehousing is a plus
• Basic proficiency in inventory systems (WMS/ERP)
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and time management
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
