About the Job

• Welcome and assist guests with admissions, ticket purchases and entry procedures.
• Provide information on attractions, shows, schedules and amenities while responding to guest enquiries and requests.
• Support attraction operations through queue management, ticket scanning and guest safety procedures.
• Monitor boarding times and provide guests with timely operational updates.
• Process ticket sales, upgrades and exchanges accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions while maintaining the security and confidentiality of financial information.
• Assist with special events, promotions and guest activities to enhance the visitor experience.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards, incidents or guest concerns promptly.

About You

Essential

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of operations experience.
• Strong customer service, guest interaction and communication skills.
• Experience using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Adaptable and flexible approach to supporting operational requirements.

Desired

• Experience supporting queue management or crowd control activities.
• Experience assisting with events, promotions or guest engagement activities.
• Ability to collect and communicate guest feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Strong customer focus and influencing skills.
