Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos according to creative briefs.
• Collaborate closely with producers and senior editors to understand project requirements.
• Assist in creating and editing short-form video content for social media platforms.
• Ensure all video content meets technical specifications and quality standards.
• Organize and manage media assets in accordance with company workflows and protocols.
• Assist with color correction, audio adjustments, and special effects editing.
• Contribute to brainstorming and story development sessions with creative teams.
• Prepare and export videos in various formats for distribution and archiving.
• Remain updated with current industry trends and editing software advancements.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines and feedback cycles.
• Maintain clear communication and coordination with team members and stakeholders.
• Provide input on production planning and strategies to enhance video content effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Studies, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in professional video editing roles.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of visual composition, storytelling, and film production processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in project management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear project execution.
