Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses for potential real estate investment opportunities.

• Coordinate with external partners, including brokers and property managers for investment insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in real estate investment or a related sector.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel applications.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements and market data effectively.
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
