Associate Security Engineer UAE National

We are looking for a talented and experienced Associate Security Engineer will work closely with Clients Managed Security Controls unit. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in network security, identity management, and endpoint protection technologies. Youll work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to real-world projects that protect enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Job requirements

• Assist in responding to technical support inquiries related to Network Security products (Firewalls, email security, DLP solutions, Broadcom IGA, Symantec EDR etc.)
• Help analyze and troubleshoot basic technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers
• Document support cases, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system
• Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and learn from their expertise
• Participate in knowledge base creation and maintenance for common issues and solutions
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and product updates to enhance your technical knowledge
  
  

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Basic understanding of network architecture, computer systems, and security protocols
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and eagerness to learn about identity management and endpoint protection
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Exposure to or interest in technologies such as:
• Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco)
• Microsoft PKI (Public Key Infrastructure)
• Email Security (Proofpoint)
• DLP Solutions (Proofpoint and Forecpoint)
• nCipher HSM (Hardware Security Module)
• Tripwire Enterprise
• Broadcom Symantec SEP, EDR, CAS
