Role Summary

The Product Analytics Associate sits within Property Finder’s Strategy & Analytics team. The role turns data into actionable insights that help Product Management leadership make better, faster decisions.

You’ll work alongside an exceptional group of ex-consultants from McKinsey, Bain, BCG and the Big 4, owning analyses that directly shape how our products grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Own work-streams end to end, delivering data-driven business and product insights across strategic initiatives.
• Run complex, detailed analyses to find areas for improvement, increase efficiency and help set targets for teams.
• Work closely with Product, CRM, Growth and other functions to turn insights into action.
• Present findings regularly to senior leaders with a clear, compelling storyline.
  
  

The Person

Experience

• 3+ years in business analytics, including a minimum of 2 years at an MBB firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or another Tier 1 management consulting firm.
• Exposure to Product, CRM and Growth teams.
• Strong collaboration skills, with a track record of working across functions and driving insights into action.
  
  

Technical proficiency

• Exceptional SQL and Tableau skills.
• Hands-on product analytics experience, including Google Analytics, A/B testing, tracking and tag management.
  
  

Communication

• Proven ability to build and deliver presentations for senior audiences with a compelling storyline.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, including explaining technical content simply.
