About our client

Our client is a leading multi-family office headquartered in Dubai, managing substantial global investments on behalf of prominent GCC families. The firm takes a long-term, institutional approach to capital deployment, investing across private equity, real estate, infrastructure, secondaries, public markets and fund commitments. The firm is now seeking an Associate to join its private markets team as it continues to scale.

What the job involves

• Support in the evaluation, execution and monitoring of global private markets investments, including co-investments, fund commitments and secondaries
• Conduct financial modelling, including LBOs and investment analysis for new opportunities
• Prepare investment memos, presentations and materials for the internal investment committee
• Assist in due diligence across commercial, financial and operational workstreams
• Contribute to the development and refinement of internal processes, templates and investment frameworks
• Work closely with senior team members to monitor portfolio performance and provide analytical insights
• Engage in a broad mix of asset classes, including real estate and private equity, as part of a diversified global mandate
• Operate within a small, entrepreneurial team environment with significant responsibility and exposure
  
  

• Experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory or a similarly technical role
• Strong technical skills with the ability to independently build and explain LBOs and analyse investment opportunities
• Experience from a top-tier institution is preferred, with strong grounding in financial modelling and deal evaluation
• Confident communicator with the ability to present clearly and articulate investment rationale
• Proactive, independent and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Willing to be based full-time in Dubai and work in a fully in-office setting
