Associate Principal - Application Operations Digital

The Principal – Application Operations (Digital) is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of all critical digital platforms. This role oversees end-to-end operational health across mobile, web, APIs, CRM, and ERP systems, acting as a production gatekeeper while driving continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end availability, stability, and performance of digital applications.
• Drive proactive monitoring across application, infrastructure, database, and network layers.
• Lead incident management and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Act as the production gatekeeper for deployments and releases.
• Own Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies and execute regular DR testing.
• Provide performance reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Manage vendors and ensure SLA adherence.
• Drive audit remediation and compliance controls.
• Lead innovation through automation, AIOps, and RPA initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in application operations, support, or engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure), databases, networking, and enterprise systems.
• Experience supporting mobile, web, API, CRM, and ERP applications.
