Associate Manager Treasury

Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

• Support the execution of the treasury strategy, focusing on cash management, liquidity planning, and risk management.
• Assist in managing banking relationships and evaluate banking services for cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the treasury team on various tasks and projects.
• Develop foundational skills in analyzing financial instruments to mitigate risks.
• Stay informed about financial markets and economic trends, providing insights to the team.
• Assist in the coordination of funding for projects and operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Assist in preparing and delivering reports on treasury activities.
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role in finance, with exposure to treasury functions
• Proficiencies in cash flow analysis, financial reporting, and treasury support
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications:
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications, such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), are a plus
