Associate Manager - Sustainability

Job Summary

1.    Support in managing, coordinating and measuring regenerative agriculture impact projects. Olive oil value chain and other IFFCO key crops in short focus, palm – mid-term.
2.    Identify potential wildlife conservation projects in key markets: KSA, Egypt, Pakistan, Indonesia in focus. Co-develop the conservation projects proposal and execution of the approved projects with partners
3.    Assess biodiversity conservation projects by suppliers in IFFCO key crops value chain
4.    Work together with the communications team to leverage sustainability stories and results of projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

1.    Support developing targets and detailed time-bound action plan on regenerative agriculture and wildlife conservation projects, provide advice and support, execute coordination, and ensure the implementation
2.    Focus: Regenerative agriculture practices introduced in 100% olive oil value chain and apply the learnings to other IFFCO key crops value chain. Potential wildlife conservation projects in key markets: KSA, Egypt, Pakistan and Indonesia
3.    Work closely with partners, coordinate and manage regenerative agriculture. Support with internal communication decks around regenerative agriculture and impacts
4.    Work closely with partners, direct and coordinate on wildlife conservation projects. Support with internal communication decks around wildlife conservation projects and impacts
5.    Collect, compile, measure and report on progress and results of projects
6.    Support in external communications of sustainability stories and results of projects

1.    Committed Biodiversity targets reached, including communications on sustainability stories and impacts 
2.    100% Olive oil value chain is implementing regenerative agriculture and is reflected in the brands campaigns/communications. In plan, budget and time
3.    Regenerative agriculture learning applied and implemented in other IFFCO key crops
4.    IFFCO footprint on biodiversity conservation is realized
5.    Sustainability Team administratie support

Work Experience Requirement

Agricultural and environmental background. Sustainability aspects knowledge. 
 

Qualification

University Graduates in Agriculture / Environment Science
