Associate Manager - Risk And Compliance

Role Summary

The Associate Manager – Risk & Compliance supports the Risk and Compliance Manager in evaluating business operations to ensure their adequacy and long-term sustainability. The role also involves assisting in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures aimed at minimizing risk exposure.

ROLE PROFILE

• Support the Risk and Compliance Manager in developing and implementing risk and compliance initiatives across the business
• Analyse retail data to identify trends and contribute to action plans that mitigate risks and losses
• Implement and monitor integrity hotline usage to ensure ethical reporting within the organization
• Participate in investigations related to fraud, misconduct, and policy violations, providing recommendations where required
• Identify potential risks and assist in developing and executing action plans to maintain safe and compliant operations
• Support the development, updating, and communication of risk and compliance policies and procedures
• Assist in preparing reports, maintaining databases, and managing system requirements to ensure accurate and timely management reporting
• Contribute to team development by updating training materials, delivering awareness sessions, and supporting adherence to human capital policies and procedures
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and presentation skills in a business environment
• Effective problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach
• Good analytical thinking and sound decision-making skills
• Clear and effective communication of policies and procedures across stakeholders
