Associate Manager - Projects Store Design

JOB TITLE

Associate Manager - Projects (Store Design) | MAF Retail | UAE Corporate Head Office

ROLE SUMMARY

The Associate Project Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of store assets, fixtures, equipment, and signage, including specification, sourcing, procurement administration, inventory control, warehouse operations, deployment, and disposal. The role owns store signage projects end-to-end, including supplier coordination, permits, and authority approvals, while supporting store development activities through project coordination, documentation, and regulatory follow-up. The position requires a hands-on approach with regular presence at the asset warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy, asset availability, and effective execution of store projects across the network. 

ROLE PROFILE

• • Manage the lifecycle of store fixtures, equipment, signage, and development assets. 

  • Develop asset specifications and support standardization initiatives. 

  • Maintain asset registers and inventory records. 

  • Coordinate asset deployment, transfers, recovery, and disposal. 

  • Monitor asset utilization and ensure availability for store projects.

  • Support store openings, relocations, and refurbishment projects. 
    

    Coordinate schedules, documentation, stakeholder actions, and project milestones. 

    Conduct site visits and assist with project handovers and close-out activities. 

     

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture

• 3–5 years in retail development, asset management, warehousing, procurement, signage, facilities, or similar environments. 

  Experience in procurement, supplier management, inventory control, and project coordination. 

  UAE retail and authority approval experience (all Emirates) preferred. 

  Signage project experience highly desirable.
