Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Business Management

• Deliver revenue, profitability, conversion, and customer experience targets across digital channels.
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, margin, inventory productivity, availability, and customer acquisition.
• Lead periodic business reviews and provide clear, actionable insights to senior leadership.

Strategic Initiatives & Transformation

• Lead high-impact cross-functional projects that enhance e-commerce capabilities, operating models, and business performance.
• Drive platform enhancements, process improvements, automation initiatives, and digital transformation programs.
• Establish governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and executive reporting for key initiatives.

Fulfilment & Customer Experience

• Partner with Supply Chain and Operations teams to improve fulfilment performance, delivery experience, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive initiatives to reduce cancellations, improve stock availability, and enhance service levels.
• Support implementation of scalable fulfilment and operational solutions.

Analytics & Performance Management

• Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance reviews to support data-driven decision-making.
• Translate business insights into actions that improve growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Technology, Supply Chain, Customer Care, and Legal.
• Align teams on priorities, remove execution barriers, and drive timely delivery of business objectives.
