Associate Events Manager Arabic- Speaking

ITP Media Group is looking for a dynamic and detail-orientated Associate Events Manager to support the planning and execution of high-profile events across Dubai, working on brands such as Time Out, ahlan, Caterer Middle East, Arabian Business, Construction Week, Aviation Business and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of events across a broad range of scales, from industry gala dinners hosting 1,000+ guests, to intimate, high-impact consumer experiences.
  
• Drive continued innovation across the events portfolio, bringing fresh thinking, creative concepts, and new exceptional ideas to elevate audience engagement and commercial value.
  
• Establish and manage event budgets from planning stage through to reconciliation, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within the agreed budget.
  
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, sponsors, and event partners to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
  
• Build, maintain, and oversee a strong supplier network across AV, production, fabrication and entertainment.
  
• Uphold brand standards and ensure every event aligns with departmental objectives, brand positioning, and commercial goals.
  
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging formats, and experiential innovations, continuously applying market insight to strengthen and future-proof ITP Media Group’s event offering.
  
• Provide support with supplier and venue communications for Saudi-based events, and assist the sales team by translating documents related to bookings and event enquiries.
  

Skills & Experience

• Minimum three years’ experience in an events-focused role, with a strong track record of planning and delivering live events including conferences and awards ceremonies. Previous experience working in the Middle East is an advantage.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; working knowledge of Canva is an advantage.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across editorial, design, and commercial teams.
  
• Proven capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously within fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  
• Confident in managing on-site event operations, ensuring seamless delivery and responding effectively to challenges in live event settings.
