About the Job:

• Oversee a comprehensive portfolio of Master Plan projects, defining the vision for each product in alignment with the overarching Masterplan and Architectural Identity. 
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including external consultants and architects, while fostering strong, professional client-consultant relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes through to project completion.
• Work with and manage international and local consultants to ensure that the interior design of the Company projects are ‘best in class’, high quality and aligned to Company’s design philosophy.
• Oversee the design (by others) of space planning, materials, detailing, Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) (where applicable) to ensure compliance with the project brief. 
• Manage and review various interior design specifications, design submittals, mock-ups, and purchase orders to ensure adherence to brand standards, schedule, and budgetary requirements.
• Work closely with the development, design and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from design ideas into a finished product as ready for occupation by the Company purchaser’s.
• Act as client representative for cost control, value engineering and contractual related items. 
• Supervise the execution of interior works of various Company projects particularly look and feel materials,  mockup rooms and the like.
• Responsible to design elements and trends in terms of the project scope, function, schedule, cost, safety, and quality ensuring compliance with department policies and procedures. 
• Conduct technical meetings and weekly progress meetings to ensure timely delivery of designs.
• Manage department policies and procedures including business plans, budgets and Project design resources.
• Prepare reports for senior management on all Interior Design parameters. 
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, processes and controls of project design activities at all levels.

About You:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Interior Design/Architecture
• International certification in interior design or architecture / LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Associate Professional) Certification – preferred
• Minimum Experience (number of years):     
• Min. 10-12+ years of experience in Interior design with at-least 4 years experience in a senior role for a real estate developer in Interior/Architecture design and construction of iconic / signature projects in UAE.
• Well experienced in construction, fit out, Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) specifications
• Professional skills in Microsoft Office suite, AutoCAD, Photoshop
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and manage resources effectively.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-value projects from concept to completion.
• Ability to review or produce detailed design packages.
• Professional verbal and written business communication skills with superior understanding of branding and product selection. 
• Time and budget management
• Be able to communicate effectively with clients, team members, contractors, and vendors
• Strong analytical skills to identify design risks and opportunities within the project
• Client relationship management
• Quality control & brand alignment – Ensuring all deliverables align with brand standards and high design quality.
