Associate Director FI Origination

Job Purpose
Support origination and delivery of TGM products to financial-institution clients such as banks, NBFIs, and asset managers. Contribute to revenue growth through tailored FX, rates, and investment solutions.

Key Result Areas
• Assist senior FI sales in managing relationships and originating structured or flow business with FI clients.
• Provide pricing support and product ideas across FX, rates, and investment products.
• Support documentation, approvals, and onboarding coordination for new FI transactions.
• Track FI pipeline, wallet share, and revenue metrics.
• Liaise with Risk, Legal, and Operations to ensure smooth execution and post-trade servicing.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• 6–8 years’ experience in FI sales or related wholesale banking roles.
• Good understanding of interbank markets and FI client behavior.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
