About the Job:

Strategic Contract Management

Develop and implement contract management policies, procedures, and templates to ensure consistency, compliance, and value optimization.

Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including contract formation, administration, compliance monitoring, closeout, and dispute resolution.

Ensure contractual compliance while minimizing commercial and operational risks.


Contract Administration & Claims Management

Manage contract negotiations, change orders, variations, and claims in line with contractual obligations.

Support dispute resolution by conducting contract analysis and recommending settlement strategies.

Lead bid evaluation, contract award, and contract administration activities.

Manage contractor and consultant performance throughout the contract lifecycle.

Administer CAR & PI insurance requirements and contractual obligations.


Procurement & Tender Management

Lead procurement and tendering activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Manage the preparation, issuance, evaluation, and award of tenders and contracts.

Conduct price benchmarking, commercial analysis, and cost assessments to support value-driven procurement decisions.

Review procurement requests and RFPs to ensure adherence to organizational standards and governance requirements.

Monitor variation orders and support stakeholders in resolving outstanding commercial matters.


Contractual Compliance & Risk Management

Prepare, review, and finalize tender and contract documentation in collaboration with legal and business stakeholders.

Identify contractual risks, deviations, and compliance issues, recommending appropriate mitigation actions.

Manage contract amendments and variations, ensuring timely agreement and proper documentation.

Coordinate Notice to Proceed (NTP) issuance and contract execution processes.


Legal & Commercial Support

Collaborate closely with the Legal team on contract negotiations, qualifications, disputes, and claims.

Analyze and manage claims exposure, recommend settlement strategies, and support successful resolution of contractual disputes.

Protect company interests while ensuring commercially effective and legally compliant outcomes.


About You:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Property Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Professional certification such as CPCM, CPPM, PMP, or equivalent is preferred.

8–10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.

Strong expertise in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Cost Control, Procurement, and Risk Management.

Sound knowledge of FIDIC contracts, construction laws, claims management, and commercial practices.

Proven experience in contract administration, procurement leadership, and vendor/contractor management.

Strong commercial acumen with experience in cost optimization, negotiations, budgeting, and risk analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, integrity, and ability to manage confidential information.
