Job Description

Ø Assess the information or data provided by the Sales team to determine the most suitable plan for the group.

Ø Proven experience in managing SME and large corporate accounts.

Ø Proficient in analyzing loss ratio reports.

Ø Strong communication skills with a sales-oriented mindset.

Ø Initiate inquiries with insurance companies to obtain quotes, ensuring all necessary details are confirmed.

Ø Coordinate and provide clients with quotations, accompanied by a comparison sheet.

Ø Conduct follow-ups and engage in negotiations with both clients and insurance companies.

Ø Drive lead conversion.

Ø Organize meetings between clients and insurance companies to foster and maintain strong relationships.
