Job Description

An Associate in Business Development plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of an organization. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

  • Assist in organizing and attending industry events to promote the company brand.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions.

  • Support the Business Development Manager in formulating strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events as needed.
