We are seeking a dynamic and driven Associate for Business Development to join our growing team. Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities across various industries.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet company growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential areas for company expansion.
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients to win new business.
  • Monitor and report on the success of business development initiatives and strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company and its services.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
  • Work closely with product development teams to ensure alignment of services with client needs.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of marketing materials to attract new clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to identify potential markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve business strategies.
  • Proficiency using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite as essential tools.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with prospective clients and attend events.
