Bidding & Proposals - EDGE COMMERCIAL

We are looking for a motivated Bids & Proposals Associate to support the coordination and delivery of competitive, compliant, and timely bid submissions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in bid management while working closely with cross-functional teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and tender responses.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Finance, Contracts, Procurement, PMO, and Technical teams to gather bid inputs.
• Assist in the development of bid plans, schedules, and submission documentation.
• Track bid progress and ensure key deadlines are met.
• Maintain bid records, CRM updates, and reporting dashboards.
• Support governance reviews, approvals, and lessons learned activities.
• Ensure proposal documents are accurate, compliant, and professionally presented.
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in bid coordination, proposals, commercial support, or project administration.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience within Aerospace & Defence or a similar industry is an advantage.
