What You´ll Do

  • Executes sales plans and strategy in line with SBU and sustainability strategy to maintain and develop existing and acquire new customers.
  • Develops and executes action plan for each customer based on customer roadmap to enhance loyalty and long-term partnership.
  • Delivers sales and distribution targets (KP OSG and PC % / GP %) in territory / at defined account.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, develops customer centric initiatives & implements their feedback.
  • Communicates with KAM / Sales team on specific customers tasks and priorities & monitors customer activities, pricing positioning.
  • Coordinates with technical customer service to conduct line trials, (re)solves customer requests and complaints.
  • Manages or steers distributor salesforce / 3rd Party Representation
  • Conducts field, market, jobsite or store visits; follows up on store implementation/promotion, in-store stock levels, identifies gaps.
  • Coordinates education implementation and sales impact with technical advisors
  • Takes and processes customer orders; negotiates customer agreements; carries out admin tasks related to reporting and contract mgmt.
  • Steers the overdue payments, blocks orders if needed & leverage CRM tools, data analytics, and automation to enhance sales performance.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field).
  • Proven ability to identify, develop, and convert business opportunities into sustainable sales revenue.
  • Strong capability to understand customer needs and build strategic, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, procurement, engineering, and plant leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex technical solutions in clear, non-technical terms.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a natural ability to spot and pursue opportunities for business growth.
  • Solid understanding of adhesives technologies and chemistry within industrial markets.
  • Experience in commercial strategy, including pricing, contract negotiation, and CRM-based governance and reporting. 3+ years of experience in Sales within the relevant industry.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
