Responsibilities

Procurement Associate

  • Responsible for tech and cyber related procurement services, including, but not limited to:
  • End-to-end source to contract process, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and contract management.
  • Assist in conducting market research and supplier analysis to identify potential vendors and evaluate their capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sourcing strategies and negotiate favorable contract terms and conditions.
  • Manage procurement inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Reporting and analytics

 

Others

  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare documentation for projects, forecasts, and budgeting purposes.
  • Manage Microsoft databases, such as Microsoft Access, to ensure accurate and organized procurement data.
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time to support procurement operations.

Requirements
  • >3 years experience in procurement, operations or related function
  • Bachelors degree in procurement/supply chain, operations managements or related discipline preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills, and experience in vendor management preferred
  • Familiar with procurement platforms (e.g. Ivalua, Coupa, Workday, etc)
