Assoc Dir HR Middle East And Turkey

As Associate Director, Human Resources, you will serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to leadership teams, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and change management. You will help shape and execute people strategies that enable business success while ensuring alignment with company policies and local employment legislation.

This position offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions, lead transformational initiatives, and contribute to the growth of one of IQVIA's most dynamic regions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development.
• Support leaders through organizational change and business transformation initiatives.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people-related matters
• M&A activity
  
  

Talent

• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to identify and address talent needs
  
  

Workforce planning & Organizational effectiveness

• Lead workforce planning activities, including forecasting and organizational capability planning.
• Leverage people analytics and workforce insights to support business decision-making.
• Lead HR-related activities associated with reorganizations, acquisitions, integrations, and business transformation initiatives.
• Drive organizational effectiveness and change management programs.
  
  

Employee Relations & Compliance

• Partner with Legal and Employee Relations teams to address complex employee matters.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, programs, and processes across the region.
  
  

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Significant experience in Human Resources, including HR Business Partnering and strategic workforce planning.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership teams in a complex, matrixed organization. Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and employment legislation.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  
  

Preferred

• Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent).
• Experience supporting multinational organizations across the Middle East and/or Turkey.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, CRO, consulting, or related industries.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and organizational transformation initiatives. Additional language capabilities such as Arabic or Turkish.
