Assistant - Welder

Job Description

• EVALUATE THE SMOOTHNESS AND ABSENCE OF DEFECTS ON GROUND AND POLISHED SURFACES AFTER WELDING.
• MEASURE THE PRODUCTIVITY AND SPEED OF GRINDING AND POLISHING OPERATIONS AFTER WELDING.
• MONITOR COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY PROTOCOLS DURING WELDING, GRINDING AND POLISHING ACTIVITIES.
• ASSESS THE EFFICIENCY OF MATERIAL USAGE TO MINIMIZE WASTE.
• TRACK THE UPKEEP OF WELDING, GRINDING AND POLISHING EQUIPMENT.
• EVALUATE THE ABILITY TO WORK EFFECTIVELY WITH THE WELDING AND FABRICATION TEAM.
• HE HAS TO WORK IN ANY SHIFTS AND SHOULD ACCEPT TO WORK IN OTHER DEPARTMENTS AS AND WHEN REQUIRED.
• ABLE TO WORK INDIVIDUALLY WITHOUT THE ASSISTANCE OF A SUPERVISOR.
• TIMELY COMPLETION OF WELDING, GRINDING AND POLISHING TASKS TO MEET PROJECT SCHEDULES.
• ADHERENCE TO SAFETY PROTOCOLS DURING ALL ACTIVITIES.
• REGULAR MAINTENANCE OF WELDING, GRINDING AND POLISHING EQUIPMENT FOR OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE.
• POSITIVE FEEDBACK ON THE QUALITY OF WELDING AND POLISHED SURFACES.
