The role

qlub is scaling fast across markets worldwide, and we look for people who take real ownership of their work. As our Assistant Tax Manager, you’ll own tax compliance across every market we operate in. You’ll be the person who keeps us compliant and audit-ready as we expand, partnering closely with finance, legal, and country teams to build a tax function that scales with the business. What You’ll Own

• End-to-end direct and indirect tax compliance across every market we operate in: VAT, Corporate Tax, Zakat, and WHT, filed accurately and inside statutory deadlines
• UAE Corporate Tax, start to finish: registrations, computations, returns, and documentation
• KSA Zakat, VAT, and WHT, including all coordination with ZATCA and external advisors
• E-invoicing implementation and ongoing compliance everywhere it’s required
• Tax structuring and compliance for new and international entities as we scale, including the US entity
• Clean cross-border and intercompany positions, with transfer pricing documentation that holds up
• Accurate tax provisioning, reconciliations, and reporting at every month-end close
• The tax impact of new products, campaigns, and business models, partnering early with product and ops
• Tax processes, controls, and documentation that keep us audit-ready by default, with a close eye on regulatory change across jurisdictions
  
  

• You’ve owned multi-jurisdiction tax in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
• You move fast and make strong decisions with incomplete information
• You take real ownership and think like an operator, not a coordinator
• You’re energized by building processes and controls from scratch, not inheriting them
  
  

• 3 to 5 years of tax experience, with strong hands-on knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT, and KSA Zakat, VAT, and WHT
• A bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred
• Exposure to multi-jurisdiction tax compliance
• Proficiency in ERP systems (MS Dynamics or similar) and advanced Excel
• Fluency in English is a must
